Founded in 2012 BTS' goal is to promote contemporary performance from the Mediterranean, encourage artistic exchange between US-based and Mediterranean based artists, and offer a creative platform to artists of the Mediterranean diaspora. In its past two editions (August 2011 and 2012) the Festival presented over 20 artists from Greece, Morocco, Turkey, Israel, Italy, Spain, Egypt, Lebanon and the USA. BTS 2013 will take place from July 22nd to the 28th at the Wild Project (195 E3rd str).
