The Field's Career programs help individual performing artists and their colleagues access information and develop management skills to support their professional advancement. Through arts management workshops, information resources, and services, artists receive practical guidance and learn useful tools that apply to real-world situations.
Economic Revitalization for Performing Artists (ERPA – pronounced ur•pah) tackles tough economic realities on two fronts: inventive public dialogues and an ambitious entrepreneurial lab.
Sponsored Artist Program Fiscal sponsorship gives participating Field members access to non-profit status
Resource Center Drop-in office space with more than 100 resource books, sample materials from artists, a computer lab with access to a database of grantmakers, printer and copier

• Workshops Seminars that teach arts management skills and provide information to help artists and their companies address career-based and administrative goals
