How To Apply:
If you consider yourself a “Downtown Artist” please visit Lower Manhattan

FAR - Field Artist Residencies

Field Artist Residencies provide free rehearsal and showing space grants to artists. Artists can use these residencies to develop a new piece, find new ways to generate material, work on collaborative ventures, or anything that would benefit from time and space.

The FAR Space is at 521 W 26th St and 10 Ave. The rehearsal space grants are six hours per week for four months. Showing grants provide artists with two weekends (Fri-Sun) to show developing works in an informal setting.

Click here for the Word Application.  Click here for the PDF Application.

DEADLINE AUGUST 7

This program is made possible by the Starry Night Fund of the Tides Foundation.
