Meet The Composer (MTC) supports the creation of new musical work and the engagement of new work with people and communities throughout the United States. Program Manager Scott Winship provides an overview of MTC programming and a more in-depth presentation about applying for the Creative Connections program, which provides support for American composers to participate in public activities related to specific performances of their original music.
