How to get your idea on stage, this workshop covers production planning from venue selection, to production timelines, to ticket-sales projections. We'll focus on 'big picture' issues to ensure the show's creative vision is supported by and integrated into the process. We'll also compare nonprofit and commercial producing and the steps to making these happen.

Join us for a community discussion with veteran entrepreneurs and nonprofit arts leaders. Learn about ERPA: The Field’s two-year entrepreneurial lab and regrant opportunity that addresses the systemic challenges that stand in the way of the financial health and stability of New York performing artists.
